Prices Winter 2026/2027

• no cancellation fees up to 30 days before arrival
• 29 - 8 days before arrival 50% of the total price of your stay
• from 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price of your stay

If your booking is cancelled or modified, or in the case of a “no-show”, the total price of the booking will be charged.

We guarantee the best price for direct bookers! Why? Because booking portals cause commission costs that we save with diredt bookings. And for that we want to thank you.

We calculate responsibly and keep our prices. In the event of unforeseeable economic developments and changes in the VAT rate, an adjustment must unfortunately be made.

Due to the current situation (inflation etc), we are particularly affected by unpredictable price fluctuations (food, energy etc). We calculate very carefully and in a coustomer-friendly manner, but we  reserve the right to adjust our prices appropriately at short notice in the event of corresponding developments.

We ask for your understanding. However, we guarantee that we will not make any of these decisions lightly.

Please note that you automatically accept our terms and conditions including our cancellation policy by the act of booking with us!

Hotel Guidelines
Apart from the aforementioned cancellation conditions, the Austrian hotel contract regulations apply!

Please inform us, when there is a dog with you.

Deposit Policy:

After making a reservation and receiving our booking confirmation, we ask that you pay a deposit 1 month before arrival.

You can make your deposit in the following ways:

Credit card:
Please give us the long card number and the expiry date printed on the front of the card, as well as the security code.

Credit cards accepted by us:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Maestro

We do not accept American Express cards.

Bank transfer: Bank transfers are to be made in euros please.

Please pay the remaining amount on site:

• we prefer cash
• by bank transfer 1 week before arrival
• with Ec card or Kreditcard, but we ask you not to do this due to the high fees

All prices are per person, per day based on a stay of 4 days including VAT,
excluding tourist tax of €2.60 per person, per day for anyone over 15 of age.

Tourist tax after 1.12.2025 € 3,50

Bed and Breakfast includes a rich breakfast buffet (served from 08:00 until 09: 30)
For short stays (up to 3 nights) we charge a surcharge of € 10,- per person, per day.

Please register your dog!! Costs: 15€ per day without food. No entry in the dining room and no entry in the beds.

Extra beds and child discounts on request.

Your room will be ready at 4 pm on your day of arrival. On your day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the room at 10 am.
