Prices Summer 2021

• From 24 hours after the initial booking and up to 3 months prior to arrival, you are liable to pay 30% of the total price of your stay, upon cancellation of your booking.
• 3-1 months before your arrival date, 40% of the total price of your stay.
• 1 month - 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total price of your stay.
• If you were to cancel you booking less that 7 days before your arrival date you are liable to pay 90% of the total price of your stay.

If your booking is cancelled or modified, or in the case of a “no-show”, the total price of the booking will be charged.

Addition to the cancellation conditions for 2021:

For all bookings in winter 2020/21 and summer 2021 we offer free cancellation up to 14 days from arrival.

For all guests who have allready booked and paid,  we offer a free rebooking within one year (short-term rebooking possible).

Please note that you automatically accept our terms and conditions including our cancellation policy by the act of booking with us!

Hotel Guidelines
Apart from the aforementioned cancellation conditions, the Austrian hotel contract regulations apply!

Please inform us, when there is a dog with you.

 Tip: Think about taking out traveling insurance, as you are also covered in the event of a Covid disease or a suspected case on your part or in your acpuaintance ( you can read all the details on the European Travel Insurance website). You can find the link on our homepage.

Deposit Policy:

After making a reservation and receiving our booking confirmation, we ask that you pay a deposit of 30% of the booking sum within 7 days.

You can make your deposit in the following ways:

Credit card:
Please give us the long card number and the expiry date printed on the front of the card, as well as the security code.

Credit cards accepted by us:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Maestro
• Quick

We do not accept American Express cards.

Bank transfer: Bank transfers are to be made in euros please.
For international transfers, we kindly ask you to provide us with your banks Swift Code and your IBAN (International Bank Account Number).

Unfortunately, we must pass on the processing charges associated with the relevant credit institutions.

All prices are per person, per day based on a stay of 4 days including VAT,
excluding tourist tax of €2.50 per person, per day for anyone over 15 of age.

The half-board includes a rich breakfast buffet (served from 08:00 until 09: 30) and a three-course evening menu with choice of main dish, as well as a vegetarian option.
On the day of arrival, we serve a fixed menu.
We do not offer vegan food, lactosefree etc.

For short stays (up to 3 nights) we charge a surcharge of €7.00 per person, per day.

Please register your dog!! Costs: 15€ per day without food. No entry in the dining room and no entry in the beds.

Extra beds and child discounts on request.

Your room will be ready at 2 pm on your day of arrival. On your day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the room at 10 am. If you would like to arrive before 2 am please make an early inquiry so we can do anything in our powers to make that happen.
